dear sirs,
I am writing you to make you aware of this company, they are ripping off people who order products from their site. I and several other people who have contacted me via email have had pretty much the same experience dealing with them. I ordered 2 carousel horses from them in Nov. of 2004. As soon as I western unioned them the money they stopped contact with me. Only after I posted complaints on complaints.com did they re-establish contact with me. They sent me a threatening email saying that they fully intended to send my products that they were just a bit late but since I posted the complaints they refuse to send the product or a refund. This company is truly a fraud. The person who keeps giving me the run-around is a "Jasmine" Can you imangine, the gaul of this woman ( if she is a woman) to tell me that after more than a year that me not getting my product is my fault because of my complaints. This company is part of a group "PT Bali Invest Mitra Abadi" I've been ripped off and I know it and I would like your site to make other people aware of this fraud.
