Corrupt Balinese Immigration Officers

Got "fined" US$50 at the airport (on top of 10 day visa charge) by
Indonesian immigration official, no clean page in my passport for the full page visa sticker, was told I could pay the fine or get back on plane to singapore (after my wife and two kids had been admitted). Of course my request for an official receipt was laughed at!
