PT. Nominasi

I just read a couple of entries on your warning section and got quite scared since there is an entry about the cargo company PT. Nominasi.
I just wanted to know if the guy who did this entry got his stuff by now (after more than one year), because I did assigned PT. Nominasi as well for sending back my surfboards to Germany (3 weeks ago) and I didnt got anything by now. They told me that I would get some sort of pappers within 2 weeks by mail, but nothing and there was no reply on the fax I was sending them 2 days ago.

Maybe you guys can give me a hint how to act
